Congratulations for the Kingdom for host Expo 2030
Congratulation for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Saudi Nation and Residents for winning the bid to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh starting from October 2030 until March 2031. The Kingdom’s bid received 119 out of 165 votes from the member states. Two other cities competed alongside Riyadh: Busan, in the Republic of Korea, and Rome, in Italy.

Al-Malqa Development
Al-Malqa development, the most luxurious neighborhood in Al Kharj City developed by Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Hudaithi Investment Company and Madaen Star Group had been successfully sold in the auction on October 21, 2023, managed by Madaen Star Real Estate Company.
The total area of this new development is over 930 thousand square meters and divided over 414 plots for commercial, residential, and mixed use.

Supporting the Saudi National Football Team
On the occasion of the Saudi National Team football match and the Argentina national team within the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and in support and encouragement for the national team, the Group hosted head office employees to attend the match and cheer for the national team on Tuesday 11/22/2022 at 1:00 pm in the west wing meeting room.
